Before booking

Important points to avoid surprises on the day

These points come from the planning document and should be reviewed with the couple before confirming the date.

  • Depending on shrine availability, the order of the Shinto ceremony and photo session may change.
  • The wedding kimono can be heavy and may restrict movement; please use the restroom before dressing.
  • There may be limited time for a relaxed lunch on the day, so we recommend having a proper breakfast at the hotel.
  • There will be a short time to eat something light after dressing, so please bring water and easy-to-eat snacks.
  • After the experience, once you change out of the kimono, there will also be a little time; we recommend preparing onigiri, sandwiches, or other light food.
  • The bride should arrive at the meeting point without makeup.
  • Please arrive exactly on time for the scheduled meeting time.
